AVHzY CT-3 not recognized by Windows PC

I recently purchased your product, the AVHzY CT-3, and attempted to connect it to a Windows PC using a microUSB cable. However, the device is not being recognized by the PC.

I have tried multiple microUSB cables , but none of them have worked successfully.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise whether there are any microUSB cable specifications or specific products that are known to work reliably with the AVHzY CT-3.

Just use the standard mirco cable.
Try to use other USB ports on your PC. If you are using Windows 7 or below, you need to install the driver.
