Unable to display E-mark for higher wattage cables C3

If I use my CT-3, I am able to read the E-Mark for newer cables.  See below.  My C3 can show the E-Mark for USB 4.0 cables, up to 20V @ 5 amps.  I have not been able to read anything higher than that.
