Convert ".ShizukuRec" to ".csv" with C# Library

We are working with a CT-3 USB Multimeter, and want to integrate the workflow into our own internal Software environment. For that reason we want to implement the functionality of converting the ".ShizukuRec" files to .csv files (like the Shizuku System Box does) and were wondering if there is a way to do this with the Shizuku C# Library.

Unfortunately, there is no way (at least now) to convert shizukurec to the csv format.
