Question about PD

Hi,
I use the CT-2 to test this PD-Wall-Charger: https://amzn.to/3ae1Nx6
The charger should support 5A@20V but the CT-2 only offers me:
3A@20V and when I select this setting in CT-2 the charger quits arround 3.5A...
My question: can the CT-2 be the reason and does not support 5A@20V or is there something wrong with the wall charger?
