I can not download "AVHzY-CT-2-Manuals-EN.PDF (3.68MB).pdf" and "AVHzY-CT-2-Manuals-EN V1.03(2019-1-25).pdf". Fault "Attachment is not exists or unable to read, please contact administrator." happens.

Hello,

I recently purchased the Kotomi Pro unit.  It is HW_Ver: 1.02 and came with SW_Ver: 1.79.0.  This unit includes the ability to perform cable testing without the load.

I downloaded the software in this thread in order to update the firmware to 1.79.4.  Unfortunately, the update failed and my unit has now become unusable.

Please help me to update to 1.79.4 or at least restore the functionality I had with 1.79.0.

Hi I have just bought the CT-2 and I will receive it tomorrow. I've downloaded the firmware update package, however the firmware name still "fw.KotomiPremium" in the extracted files folder.

Am I going to run into an Issue ?
There was a post about a user that inadvertently rendered their device unusable because the firmware upgrade failed.
Please  give  a step by step  correction for the firmware upgrade.
