UM Meter Crashes on Galaxy S7

Whenever I try to connect to my UM25 the app crashes. I've tried both UM Meter and RuiDeng apps.



Everything is up to date via PlayStore. Does the app no longer work with the UM25?

It's weird. I have RuiDeng V1.0.2 and RuiDeng V1.0.3 on my Google Drive and I can install both of them from Google Drive.

RuiDeng 1.0.17 won't install. In fact I get a strange error: Oops. Unable to Access Document.


I can't download it from Google Drive to my phone either. It says download failed. Is Google Drive blocking RuiDeng V1.0.17?

Thank you I'll try those!

What's interesting is the most current version works on all my other phones, even my phones older than my Galaxy S7, so I wonder if it's just something with the Galaxy S7 that's the issue.

I'll keep you up to date if any of those older versions work and thank you VERY much for your support of your legacy products. I am SO VERY sure I will be buying the new CT-series meters in the future.
