I press "PD Listener" button in the programm "KotomiApp.exe" but nothing happens:

Please read the manual carefully.

Here's the brief: Move the PD switch to ON position. Enter PD listener. Plug-in a PD charger with C-C cable to Type-C in port. Plug-in a PD load with C-C cable through Type-C out port, PD communications will be shown on the programme.

There is nothing stated about connection of the tester to charger and load (where/which port? ) in the manual.

Can I connect the tester to the PD charger via "USB-A in" ?

I connected charger and loader to Type-C in and Type-C out as you told and PD Listener activated. Why PD Listener doesn't work when PD charger is connected via "USB-A in" connector?

But PD Listener doesn't show messages on the CC line. Look the video please:

Obviously it won't show any messages.PD is only capable on Type-C devices, a simple load won't communicate and uses default 5V power only. For more information, please look up in Power Delivery specification.

Yes, you are right. ZKE EBD-USB doesn't have PD trigger. More over charger Tronsmart U5PTA doesn't support PD, it supports QC3.0 only.
