Power Delivery issue, Power limited

Hello,
I just got my CT-3 sm-ld-00 for testing a couple of modules that can provide 60W, when I select the 20V PDO and set the load current at 3A, the CT-3 provide the power by 1 second and goes to cut off and try to provide again the power and goes to cut off again. I already checked if there something missing to configurate, but still, I cannot find the root cause. I tested with other module that provide 45W, I picked the 15V PDO and I set the current to 3A, I observed the same behavior. Any idea of what is happening here?
