C3 Battery capacity

Hope you are doing well.
First time here, I have a question about battery capacity about phone.

I did a full rebuild on my Pixel 4XL and I bought two genuine battery from Ifixit (official Google's seller).
After installation (without switching "On"), the phone read "16%" in terme of current level.

Quite low, and not the best condition for long storage.

I charge the phone up to 100% and use it to check battery life.

5-6 hours of Screen On Time, as brand new in 2019.

Battery is rated for 3700mAh, 14.24Wh, 3.85V.

Because I wanted to check the true capacity, I bought a C3.
I switch off the phone at 20%, plug my wall charger and C3 and after 2H here what I have:




Only 1600mAh on 14.52Wh.
So it seems pretty bad or maybe (and surely) I miss something.

C3's values were reseted before the charge to start at 0Ah.
