Do you have C4L library? Does C4L support 1000 sampling per second?

I have two requests, and I hope you can support me on this.

1. Could you provide API resource or C# library for C4 / C4L as shown in the link below?
    It wants to use the C# API to access some features of the meter on the host computer.
    I want to create production line automation by linking features to custom programs.

2. C4/C4L program can extract 100 samples per second. (Sample Rate 10ms)
   Can C4/C4L support 1000 sampling per second? (1ms)
   If possible, please apply it to the next femware update. ASAP

   I am using the C3 model, and C3 can extract 1000 samples per second. (Sample Rate 1ms)
   I made a custom program using the C3 API library and I am using it for production automation.
   I'm using about 200pcs C3 devices, and I'd like to replace them with C4L.

I am so sorry,
C4L does not support API resource library services.
C4L and CT-3 are two devices with different platforms and cannot be used interchangeably.
