CT-3 stopped recognizing BizLink E-Mark chip in one of the recent updates

CT-3 was recognizing E-Mark chip in BizLink USB C cable bundled with my monitor fine in 1.00.49:

1.00.49

But somewhere between this version and 1.00.52 stopped seeing it at all:

1.00.52

Could you please provide the link of the buying link of this cable so we can get one and diagnosis the problem?

I can't find it being sold online unfortunately, it came bundled with my monitor and seems to be OEM model. The only thing I can add is that it supports DP ALT mode. If you can confirm that it is safe to downgrade CT-3 firmware, I can do it and identify firmware version when this issue appeared.
