Is there a driver or somesuch for the CT-3 on Windows 10?  I can't get it to be recognized at all, so can't access the on-board memory or update the firmware.  If I go to Developer Tools \ Verify Firmware, it tells me "Verified Bad", so maybe that's the issue?  Not sure how I can update the firmware if I can't connect to it....

It doesn't require any driver to connect to CT-3 on windows 10. Make sure you connect to the correct port (micro usb port).
Developer Tools \ Verify Firmware is not working, don't care about it.

In windows 10-64bits it is necessary to disable the use of signed drivers so that the device is accessible ...

1) Home
2) Configuration
3) Update and security
4) Recovery
5) Advanced startup ... restart now
6) Troubleshoot
7) Advanced options
8) See more recovery options
9) Startup settings
10) Restart
11) Disable mandatory use of signed drivers ... press key number 7

Hm.  Definitely connected via the micro usb port (the one next to the rocker switch), but Windows doesn't notice it being connected or disconnected and it never shows up in the Device List for Shizuku Toolbox or the Windows Device Manager.  It powers on when connected that way, so the cable should be good.

Is a fairly fresh (2 weeks) and clean Windows 10 Pro install (no manufacturer bloatware).

Any suggestions?

Will also mention I've tried it on a different laptop as well, and tried a different cable.  No difference, and Windows doesn't detect it being connected.

Oh!  That's quite possibly the issue, thanks!  Seems that's a temporary fix that resets upon reboot, so will handle it a different way.  Was just hesitant to go monkeying with Windows settings before I could confirm that the meter even worked, given it took me 2 weeks to do a full rebuild and get everything back the way I want it.
