Load module is very hot now 104 degrees F

hi,

just received the um25c with the load module from amazon. i did read the manual, the pc software and android software works.

i connected the um25c directly to a power bank. i switched the load to 2A. the pc software states 5.023v 1.997A 10.006W 2.5 ohm imdepance, apple 2.4A mode.

But the temperature. Its 104 degrees F. the resisters are very hot so is the switch. Is this normal?
