14mA Current shown with no load connected

When I power my CT-2 using the USB-C input it shows there is a current draw of about 14mA even though there is no load connected. Is this showing the power the CT-2 uses, or is it an error? If I power the device with the Male USB-A connection or the Micro USB-B port, this does not happen.
